A two bedroom barn with views overlooking the field that the barn is named after. The barn includes a large open plan kitchen living room, with under floor heating throughout. There are two large bedrooms with super king beds that can be turned into singles upon request. One bedroom has an en suite shower room and the other is positioned next to the main bathroom which includes a rain shower and free standing bath. We are situated within a stone throw of the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

The Deer Leap is a beautiful, log cabin situated on our working farm beside our private woodland, which you have direct access to , overlooking one of our 3 lakes. The perfect tranquil getaway. Guests can explore our private grounds or take advantage of the many local footpaths, bridlepaths and village pubs in the area. The Woodland and Lakes host Wild deer, Hare, Buzzard, Kite and a wide range of water fowl. We offer livery for guests horses if required.. SORRY NO FISHING OR WIFI

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil cottage on the borders of the Cotswolds and South Warwickshire. A beautiful Grade 2 listed cottage which has just undergone a full refurbishment. Everything has been sympathetically restored to original features including - flagstone, oak and stone floors, cast iron radiators throughout, exposed oak beams, open fireplace in dining room, AGA wood burning stove in living room, fully fitted kitchen. Also our beautiful new wood fired hot tub!!.

This studio annexe is on the edge of Claverdon within easy reach of Warwick, Stratford Upon Avon and Henley In Arden. Set in the grounds of a Grade II listed farm house, it has a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom. The annexe has glorious views of the Warwickshire countryside and spectacular sunsets. Plenty of good walking / cycling and a short walk through the fields to a peaceful pond. The space can accommodate a blow up bed and there is a travel cot available on request.
