Guest love the peace and the views here at our retreat. Enjoy a morning or evening in the hot tub, sun on the pool deck and swim in warm weather. Relax by the fireplace or fire pit (roast some s’mores). Walk the property to see the chickens, horse, donkey and goats. At our farm we love diversity, support all love, and don’t think that hate makes America great - if you don’t agree we may not be the destination for you. We have added a small chair that converts to a bed- we can squeeze 3 in.

Want to prepare/ enjoy meals with your friends/ family? Look no further! I have 4 bedrooms -1 king, 2 queen beds upstairs and an office/ full bed downstairs ( with a private bath that has a very nice clawfoot cast iron tub - wink). This stylish place is perfect for close groups to make new memories together. Ask me about longer stays.

Nestled among the trees, Blue Haven Log Cabin sits atop a sloping hill and welcomes those looking for that perfect getaway to connect with loved ones either on the large front porch with a view of the mountains or on the patio below. A stone fireplace and rustic furniture gives it a sense of days gone by . The large stained glass window at the eave of a 22 foot cathedral ceiling cast every hue of blue onto the ceiling, loft and floor at different times of day. Host next door if needed.

Our Hope Home - Full Walk-Out Basement

A full walkout basement with lots of lighting! In the bedroom it can get dark enough for you to sleep in or you can let the sun shine through the blinds. There's one bedroom, one bathroom with a Jacuzzi (not an outside hot tub), a mini kitchen (no stove) big living room with big screen TV! Private entrance. Cozy and comfortable! You can retreat and feel renewed! Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Watauga River Cottage in Johnson City, TN

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.

We are close to everything, but away from it all. Setting at the top of a rock cliff overlooking an old rock quarry pond. This place is truly unique. Not to mention the fact that you are in a super posh underground dome earth house. This is a place to "unplug" and relax and do nothing. Hannah’s Farmhouse

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are located 20-30 minutes from Tusculum College and Greeneville and 45-50 minutes from Johnson City. A beautiful country farmhouse with a view of the Smoky Mountains and a hot tub to relax in. Our dear Grandma Hannah lived here before she passed away in February of 2023. We want the place to be a testimony to who she was—loving God and people and always friendly and hospitable!
