You will have the entire upstairs to yourself during your stay, including a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower, and an open concept kitchen, dining area, living room, and work desk. You'll also have your own private entrance and free off street parking in the back of the house.

My place is close to the city center, art and culture, great views, restaurants and dining, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the location, the coziness, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The home is only 2 blocks from bars and restaurants and less than 5 blocks from Historic Downtown Wausau. We only live a mile away, so please contact us if you need anything during your stay!

New beds and furniture throughout. New kitchen, new bathroom and new hardwood floors. Two car garage available for guests. Pet friendly with fenced in yard. Stainless steel fire pit in backyard with firewood available for free. 5 min drive to Granite Peak ski resort, Aspirus, and downtown.

Bliss on the Lake

This quiet, 4 bedroom lake house is not only on the water, but a short, five minute drive to Rib Mountain Skiing, a three minute drive to a boat launch, as well as everything Rib Mountain has to offer; shopping, restaurants, night life, and various outdoor activities. It has everything you need to make your holiday warm, comfortable and full of bliss! Cleaning fee credited for all stays 7 days or longer. We can also set up the basement living room area to be a work space.

Daniel’s Place

Cozy up in this private, one-bedroom, centrally located, upper apartment. (Must walk up a handful of outdoor stairs) Unique, peaceful, and affordable - Daniel’s Place is 3 blocks from the Riverlife walking path, leading directly to downtown, and 3 miles away from Granite Peak Ski Resort. Daniel’s Place is the perfect spot for weekend ski trips, city biking, trying local restaurants, farmers markets, kayaking, and exploring the city of Wausau. Come make yourself at home 🙂

Renovated 3 bed, 1 bath with A/C and elegant maple hardwood floors. Fully equiped kitchen and laundry area, as well as a pleasant fire pit surrounded by strawberries! Queen sized beds in two bedrooms, and a futon in the third. We provide all that you need, to just show up and enjoy a relaxing stay!

Sylvan Hill Studio by Bike Trails and Tubing Hill

This cozy studio sits on the edge of the quiet Forest Park neighborhood just 2 minutes from Tribute Golf course and Gilbert Park & Boat Launch. It's 7 minutes from Downtown Wausau’s 400 Block with its quaint shops, restaurants and The Grand Theater! Plus, concerts in the summer and ice skating in the winter. Explore Granite Peak Ski Area and Rib Mountain State Park, just 15 minutes away! And both Aspirus and Marshfield medical facilities are within a few miles.
