It is an apartment. The shower is located directly outside of the room and is enclosed. There is a path to the beach at the end of my street. This room is great for couples or friends. It’s a great place to kick back and chill. Walking distance to restaurants, beach, sound, and bike/walking path on the hwy.

The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. I am a meticulous cleaner, and the white 100% cotton bedding is percale, made in Portugal.
