The enclosed back porch has a daybed w/trundle for additional arrangements. This home is locally referred to as "The Lodge." It is loaded with rustic charm and tons of trophy mounts, including a full-size gator rug. This house is spacious and yet cozy all at the same time. This home is located in the Ocala national Forest and yet only a half a block away from the park, which includes basketball, volleyball, tennis, softball, shuffleboard, and corn Holes. The caregivers live close by and are very friendly and helpful when needed. NO pets allowed on property.

Sportsman's Bluff

Nestled atop a serene bluff, the house offers a fantastic retreat for guests. In addition, there is a private floating dock where you can tie up to a 28 ft boat after a beautiful day fishing or enjoying the water. Please note, access to the dock requires walking up and down approximately 36 stairs (see photo of bluff). Whether you’re exploring the nearby attractions or simply relaxing on the bluff, we’re happy to assist you with any questions before or during your stay a Sportsman’s Bluff.

There are 2 springs both 5 minutes from the house, Salt Springs & Silver Glen Springs. Beautiful Juniper Springs, Silver Springs and Alexander Springs are all a hop, skip, and jump away. Bring your fishing poles and mosey down to the boathouse and try your luck fishing right in the backyard at the canal.
