Ini adalah unit studio di bawah rumah kami dengan akses sendiri dari jalan. Tiada ruang luar. Katil queen yang selesa, selimut elektrik. Sofa bukan katil. Mesin basuh/pengering, dan bekalan serbuk basuh. Dapur mempunyai pinggan panas, ketuhar gelombang mikro dan ketuhar atas bangku kecil. Peti sejuk dan penyejuk beku. TV langit. Buka jubah untuk penyimpanan. Ensuite ada tandas, besen, pancuran mandi, tiada bilik mandi. Unit ini bergaya dan direka dengan baik, dan dalam keadaan baik. Terdapat ruang untuk kereta KECIL meletak kereta terus di luar.

Salah satu bangunan yang paling banyak diambil gambar di Wellington. Pintu masuk pad kekunci selamat menyediakan akses 24/7 kepada ruang persendirian anda. Anda akan menghuni seluruh tingkat atas, menaiki tangga atau lif yang membuka ke dalam apartmen 80 meter persegi. Dua minit berjalan kaki ke Courtenay Place, Te Papa, Pusat Persidangan Tākina dan kawasan dermaga, ia sesuai untuk meneroka Wellington dengan berjalan kaki. I'm an architect, and originally designed the studio as a workspace at the rear of our home for my photographer husband, Ian. We've recently converted it to a self-contained dwelling, so we can share what we love about the city.
