The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

Experience a time when life was less complicated in this "Vintage Eclectic" 1950's style home. Original oak floors with vintage decor from the 50's gives one an idea of what life was like to live on the Mother Road. Two bedrooms accented with furniture, colors, and wall art reflective of the area and time period. There's also a reading room to soak in the sun and have your morning coffee. Weezies has modern conveniences of Wifi, bluetooth record player, and smart t.v. for your convenience.

This gem is perfectly situated within walking distance (only two blocks) to local shops and eateries, features 11 foot ceilings, charming period details, two bedrooms with four beds, full bath, kitchen, formal dining room and plenty of Texas charm, including art by local painter Burl Brim.

One-Room Schoolhouse @ SAMS TOWN on 66

A 100-Year Old Schoolhouse near Route 66's roar, Rustic and aged, history running through its core. It’s not pristine, by any means. It's worn, and has some dust and some rust, But hospitality here is a must! There is a toilet and sink inside the schoolhouse. The shower is in a separate building close by. Heat is provided by a wood burning stove, with wood. There is also an electric, space heater. In the Summer, there is air conditioning. There is one King Size bed and one Queen Size bed.

The Lodge

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The Lodge was built in 1898 as a boarding house for weary travelers. It has been up dated and remodeled to accommodate today's traveler and site seers. It has a full kitchen with a large commercial griddle, seasoned to perfection. This place is perfect for all occasions and events, weddings, birthdays, reunions, baby showers Etc. Just a few miles to a nice public fishing lake. Wildlife can be seen from the porch on occasion.

Luck of the West: Located in the heart of Shamrock, TX. This aesthetic stay is perfect for those visiting town or just passing through on Route 66, I-40 or HWY 83. The history behind this cottage will bring you back to the 1940's when it was used as part of the attached Fairview Floral Wholesale Co. The separate drive and front entrance, leading all the way to the backyard, mimics a shotgun style house. Its charm and unique history will make your stay one to remember.

Legacy Lodge

Leave your troubles at the gate when you enter this property. My desire is that whatever brings you here you find comfort and peace. If you are coming in from the city and just need to hear silence for a day or two, working in town but want your own space, bringing a family together for vacation/holidays or a couple that just needs a weekend away to reconnect. *It does have a 4 mile stretch of dirt road.

Quiet place located just outside of town but close enough to all the amenities. Perfect location for visiting Caprock Canyons State Park, spending the weekend at Bob Will's Days, or your annual hunting trip. Plenty of room with 2 queen beds, 1 full, and 1 twin. It has a fully stocked kitchen as well as a propane grill. There is plenty of parking area for trucks/trailers.
