Terletak di pantai selatan Wellington yang menakjubkan, flat tingkat tiga yang selesa ini menawarkan pemandangan laut dan hanya beberapa langkah dari pantai yang berceranggah dan berjalan-jalan yang indah. Kira-kira 10 minit memandu ke Lapangan Terbang dan 15 minit memandu ke CBD, ia sesuai untuk seorang atau pasangan tetapi boleh memuatkan sehingga empat orang dengan katil sofa. Dengan laut di depan pintu anda, ia adalah tempat yang ideal untuk berehat atau meneroka pesona pantai dan keindahan alam semula jadi Wellington. Sesuai untuk pengembara dan mereka yang mencari ketenangan!

Studio ini merupakan sebahagian daripada set rumah warisan yang unik di pinggir tali pinggang hijau. Katil ratu dengan tilam empuk dan cadar Sheridan. Wi-Fi gentian, TV Pintar 55"dengan Netflix Dapur yang lengkap dengan semua peralatan dan perkakas untuk keperluan memasak anda. Kupon tempat letak kereta di tepi jalan, dua jam pertama adalah percuma, juga hujung minggu.

A quiet and cozy cabin boasting prime position in its perfect city fringe location. Peaceful, private, and securely nestled into a greenbelt nook, away from roads, with a lovely, elevated view. My returning guests love how close we are to the city, yet you'll feel you’ve escaped it. You can get to the airport quickly and directly access native bush walks. Our unique village hosts Wellington's best bakery and Chocolatier! Grab a bite and a beverage here or jump on a bus heading into the city.

The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse is a unique, romantic place on the South Coast. Stunning views, opposite a swimming and dog beach plus rock pools, it’s great for walks. With a comfy double bed and steep stairs, it’s private and quiet - brilliant on a sunny day, cosy in a storm. There's a fantastic cafe around the corner; shops are 10 minutes’ walk away. The main Island Bay bus stop is nearby with regular buses. It's a 9 minute drive to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Wellington. Small dogs on request.

Lyall Bay Studio

This is a studio unit under our house with own access from street. There is no outdoor space. Comfortable queen bed, electric blankets. The couch is not a bed. Washing machine/dryer, and washing powder supplies. Kitchen has hot plates, microwave and small bench top oven. Fridge and freezer. Sky TV. Open robe for storage. Ensuite has toilet, basin, shower, no bath. Unit is stylish and well designed, and in great condition. There is space for a SMALL car to park directly outside.

Menginap dan nikmati kopi pagi sambil mendengar lagu burung asli atau makan alfresco di dek persendirian yang mendapat cahaya matahari petang dan petang. Keluar dan terokai pantai selatan dengan berjalan kaki pantai & belukar kurang daripada 10 minit berjalan kaki dari pintu anda.

Enjoy millions of city lights twinkling at night Nestled at the top of Mt Victoria with amazing walking and mountain biking tracks on our door step, we are within walking distance of the City, Courtenay pl, Oriental Bay and have a bus stop across the road.

"Newtown Oasis" Self contained + breakfast

Our BnB is homely, a little quirky & best suited to those who travel relatively light. Self service breakfast is included. There are 2 spaces (bedroom ± separate kitchen/bathroom) a few steps apart & linked by a covered walkway. The cosy bedroom has a queen size bed, desk for work or eating, good WiFi & comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking & the bathroom has a great shower. The nook outside the bedroom is perfect for a morning coffee.

Warm Studio Apartment

Warm studio apartment in Eastern Wellington. Close to Wellington airport, Lyall Bay beach, Kilbirnie and Akau Tangi/ASB sports centre. The apartment is a self contained unit on the ground floor of a two story house. We live in the top floor with our three year old and 5 month old daughters so please expect to hear children. The front of the building has shared steps to access the property. There is a large deck outside the apartment with a washing line.
