The characterful, timber barn dates from 1880 and has been sympathetically renovated to provide a spacious, stylish and comfortable studio room with en suite shower, wood burning stove and garden. Within easy waking distance of Holkham Village, beach and NNR and the picturesque town of Wells-next-the-Sea. Free driveway parking for two medium-sized cars, plus EV charger. Also free on-street parking. Both bedrooms have king-size (5ft) beds; bed 2 can be split into 2 x 2ft 6in single beds. Separate lounge plus open-plan kitchen/diner. 2 bathrooms, including a downstairs shower, ideal after a day on the beach. Centrally heated, also a cosy real-flame gas fire.

Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

A cottage, in Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk.

Marshview is a beautifully presented 3 storey cottage just off the quayside and a short walk to the interesting local shops. The accommodation is of a high quality and furnished to a good specification. There is a small toilet down stairs, a sitting room with wall mounted smart TV and also the WIFI. The kitchen has a ceramic topped electric cooker, washer /dryer, American fridge freezer, microwave, dish washer and washing machine. It is has lovely views over the pinewoods and sea views.

No 1 Boatman's Row is an idyllic former fisherman's cottage in the historic harbour town of Wells-next-the-sea. It is tucked away on a quiet lane, a 5-minute stroll to the quay, pubs and shops. It has one bedroom with a king sized bed and sleeps two adults in comfort. The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen, wood-burning stove, parking, an attic room with views of the marshes and a sunny, south-facing cottage garden. The stunning sandy beaches of Wells and Holkham are a 25-minute walk away.
