Garage is 17 feet deep by 6’7 feet/79 inches tall (garage door). Tub stoppers are not provided; tubs are intended to be used as showers only.

The covered parking has enough room for a vehicle to remain attached to a trailer, and some additional uncovered parking!

ATTENTION: Border Patrol, Military, First Responders, and Traveling Nurses! Great place for fishermen/boaters and hunters with room for boats and RVs. ‘Bee’ our guest at this sweet, modern one bedroom home. Our home features a large smart tv, Keurig, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven/air fryer, etc. Couch pulls out to be used as a sleeper. Futon available and located in the bedroom. The house is professionally cleaned.
