Studio 202 in Historic Downtown Ellensburg

Studio 202 is located in the heart of the historic district in downtown Ellensburg. Our studio is on the second floor in the 1889 Kleinberg building, that we’ve fully restored and renovated and placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Tastefully furnished with a queen bed, sitting area, 55” Smart TV, WiFi, AC, and fully equipped kitchenette. Its location allows for easy walking to restaurants, wine bars, brew pubs, galleries, museums, shopping and is only 6 blocks away from CWU.

It’s close enough to everything, but far enough in the tranquility of the woods. 10 minutes to DT Cle Elum. 15 minutes to DT Roslyn. 20 minutes to Suncadia. 1hr 30min to Seattle.

In the colder months we are about a 45minute drive up White Pass for skiing and snowboarding. Exploring Mount Rainer isn’t just for summer adventures. It’s beautiful all year around.

Come try out the country life in our cozy suite or use it as a centrally located home base for unlimited adventures across the state! This accessible 600-square-foot apartment is attached to our home but features a private entrance, self-check-in via keypad, a small, covered patio, and ample parking.
