The Little Hop House, a cosy one bedroom barn

The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. A log burner and under floor heating will ensure your stay is cosy and snug even in the winter months. It is not suitable for babies or young children x

Explore museums and galleries, and enjoy theatre, festivals and punting in historic Cambridge and Ely.

The Barn. Hot tub optional extra.

Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Optional log fired hot tub.

Benslow Path Guest Studio - Free Parking

The studio is a bright and cosy, modern space which is a self-contained conversion on the side of our house with a private entrance and free parking just outside. The airbnb is a 12 minute walk from Hitchin Train Station. Perfect for London commuters, it is also ideal for couples or solo travellers, family visits, business travel etc. You can check-in from 4pm on Monday-Friday. Check-in time on Saturday and Sunday is at 2.30pm. Parking is free for your entire stay, 7 days a week.

A self-contained guest house in the heart of the picturesque village of Orwell. The village is very near Wimpole Estate (NT) for beautiful walks and only 15 minutes drive from the historic city of Cambridge. You have the place all to yourself with everything you need to relax in a quiet location, with parking outside the accommodation. The guest house has a large bedroom and separate lounge/dining room overlooking the stunning garden, a kitchenette and an ensuite shower room.

Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct links to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. A designated parking space is provided directly outside the property. The Hutch is a totally self contained, newly renovated annex attached to the back of our house. We are situated in the heart of the village, a short walk from a shop, cafe and the village pubs. We are only 13 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for anyone visiting or working in Cambridge or the surrounding area.
