Beautiful rural acreage with private "bunkhouse" located minutes from the Okoboji Iowa Great Lakes, Historic Spencer, and the Clay County Fair, the world's greatest county fair. I welcome guests to a safe quiet neighborhood. This is a cape cod style home with Bedroom 1 on main level and Bedroom 2 on second floor. Please note, there is no bathroom on the second floor. The kitchen, dining area, full bath and comfortable living room are also on main level. The laundry and additional 3/4 bath are located in basement. I do not charge a cleaning fee at this time.
