Cabin at the No 1 The Chestnuts.

A small place to stay when travelling for work or visiting the area. Approximately 300 yards from Bentley Wood nature reserve. It’s a cosy cabin with very basic appliances/cups/bowls/dishes etc in the centre of a tiny village. There is a microwave, a 2 place countertop hob. A little fridge freezer. A bathroom with sink and shower. Towels provided I have had a couple poor reviews as there is nothing to do in the area, so ideal for a quiet stay!!! There is of course WiFi, tv, and board games.

Spacious family house & Free parking

Welcome to our charming home. Free parking is available in front of the house and on our quiet street, fully fenced garden and rooms accommodating up to 6 guests. Our well insulated house has newly fitted central heating in all rooms and bathrooms. It is warm and cosy in winter and cool in the summer. Enjoy super fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Sky sports, Netflix. Conveniently access to A3, M3, A331, and M25 making this the perfect base for families, groups, or business travelers with (no cleaning fees)

Hike into the rolling hills in this area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Visit the Village Green, just a small stroll away, full of history and an excellent Pub! Or Simply relax by the fire. Our hut is located in a postcard English village and you will not be disappointed in its beauty. Perfect for couples, singles or even friends for a relaxing stay with a twist. We also welcome quick stopovers at a moments notice for those who are passing through. Special occasion? let us know in advance.

Shepherd Hut on working Smallholding.

The Shepherd Hut sits at the back of our smallholding and is surrounded by tree lined grazing land. A footpath nearby takes you one way to the village of Ashton Keynes a walkable distance to the local pub and in the other direction through the trees to some of the many lakes in the Cotswold Lakes. The Hut sleeps two and has an inside composting, toilet. There is a cooking and seating area with an outside shower. Solar panels power lighting, fridge and a phone charging point.( 12volt only)

The Guest Suite

The guest Suite is attached to the main property. There is an internal door separating the two, which is locked from both sides. Double aspect bedroom and living space with comfortable king sized bed. Private bathroom with shower cubicle. Well equipped kitchenette but no oven, with dining table, Private off road parking and property entrance. Located 6 minute drive to Newbury town and 1 minute walk to closest bus stop. 8 minute drive to Newbury Race course. 8 minute junction 13 M4.

The Crofts Studio (Central Location)

The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar and stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

Charming country cottage, well equipped.

Sweet comfortable, self contained cottage in rural village with incredible views - large skies and amazing sunsets 10 minutes from The White Horse Hill, 25 minutes from Oxford and close to the Cotswolds and 35 minutes from Bicester Village . Sleeps up to 6 -Kingsize double bed, twin room ( small double and single) and sofa bed and shower room. Well equipped kitchen - sitting room with wood burning stove . Use of tennis court and amazing woodland walks over private farmland.

Enjoy easy access to everything in Farnborough and surrounding areas from this perfectly located home base. Private parking, Farnborough North train station 6 mins walk and Farnborough Main train station < 20 mins walk (35 mins to London Waterloo). Wifi, Netflix, private outdoor space, own entrance. Well equipped kitchen with various appliances. Free parking on site. Washing machine and tumble dryer available by request. Ideal for contractor working close by.

Large Medieval Farmhouse with fires, & garden

Oakwoods, much built in Medieval times, has been lovingly restored by "Grand Designer (Ch 4)" - Monty. Great garden swing. There is a cinema room, minstrels gallery, grand piano, walk-on glass well, open fires, warm brickwork, low beams & panoramic views. Board games, darts and ping pong, plus yoga instructor (by appointment). All around are fields & forests, magical walks and wildlife. Extra guests possible, please ask. Car charging at 3kw is possible at cost.
