The open plan kitchen / dining / lounge has wonderful large windows that make the most of the sea view, toasty open fireplace and a comfy leather lounge and satellite TV. Just outside is a glass sheltered North ( river facing ) outdoor entertainment deck with its own open potbelly fireplace, sound system and BBQ.

An expansive terrace provides breathtaking 180 degrees views of the Sea and Boat Harbour Beach. Three night minimum stay.

Mount View Marrawah

This unique place has a style all of its own. Nestled into the hill on the highest part of our farm sits our newly built 1 bedroom cottage. The space has a fully equiped kitchen, washer dryer combo, internet, smart tv and heating and cooling. Whilst it is only 1 bedroom with a queen bed the sofa does pull out into a bed should you require an additional guest or travelling with a friend. We have tried to make the most of the space to make it comfortable & relaxing.

Secure backyard with deck and BBQ area. Push bikes and beach equipment provided for use. Two living areas each with its own TV.

The Clan Cabin

The Cabin is a 1 Bedroom cottage (interior 45m2) built in 2019 below our existing house and looking north over Tam O'Shanter Beach to Bass Strait. There is a queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry plus undercover outdoor area (20m2). The cabin overlooks Lulworth/Tam O'Shanter Beach (1km+ of sand).
