Sleeping up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, we are ideal for family gatherings, celebrations, dog-friendly stays and restorative escapes away from everyday life. Set within 2.5 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens in Cornwall's AONB, this boutique Victorian farmhouse is perfectly placed to explore Cornwall's spectacular coastlines.

The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and vaulted ceiling, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a mini kitchen and dining area and can also add a private sauna experience and/or request a private log fired hot tub night.

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.
