Căn hộ nằm trên mội dẫy phố nhỏ nhưng khá nhộn nhịp Quanh nhà có nhiều quán ăn , cafe, giạt là , tạp hoá và siêu thì nhỏ. Căn hộ có thang máy. Có người bảo vệ , có chỗ để xe máy.
