Shared kitchen, dining room with 5 other guests maximum (3rd floor apartment has 2 guests) 2 and 1/2 blocks away from bus stop, 30 minutes $3.50 will bring you to center of NYC: Time Square. Private parking space $10/day

Please be advised this is JUST a room rental with shared bathroom. No parking Our home is located in a safe and diverse neighborhood with nearby grocery shops, bars, restaurants, bus stops, and green areas. My home is 2 blocks from Bergenline Ave, where public transit takes you into the heart of NYC's Times Square. Absolutely no smoking inside or outside our home. My wife suffers from asthma. Thank you in advance. I allow you to change your reservation once a month in advance.
