The home is on 2330m of land in a forest setting with a large flat beachfront lawn. The 4.5km white sand beach is a short stroll across the foreshore reserve & the golf course is a 2min walk away. The rear deck enjoys forest views whilst the master & guest bedrooms, living areas & front deck all enjoy glorious unobstructed sea views.

Freshly renovated studio room, blonded timber, quality modern fit out and restful decor make this room a pleasure to reside in. Safe swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding are within view and only a 2 minute walk away.
