This stunning modern house is just 150 metres from beautiful Whangamata surf beach voted no. 1 beach in NZ in Jan. 2018. Accommodation is on the UPSTAIRS LEVEL OF THIS HOUSE. Two bedrooms, bathroom , lounge , dining room & kitchen Plus decks & large double garage. Check photos. The bottom level is not occupied. Welcome to Nautilus House, our beautiful family beach house across the road from the beach. Watch the sunrise & sunset while you enjoy dinner & drinks on the deck in our quiet cul de sac. Walk down to the ocean for a swim in the lagoon or sea. Walk over the hill to secluded beaches and rock pools at Waimama Bay. In winter snuggle up next to the warm gas fire & play board games or cards. Nautilus house was built for our beloved parents in 1979 for their family to enjoy.

Sea La Vie A slice of paradise

Welcome to our beautiful part of the country! Our house is situated in close walking proximity to many amenities such as the Village where there are great restaurants and shops (450m) or visit the Flatwhite on Shaw road for coffee and cake or something more elaborate right on the beach front. Over the summer months (Labour weekend until Easter) there is a Sunday market selling local produce, arts and crafts from 8 am - 1 pm at the Wilson reserve just up the road.
