It overlooks our horses, sheep & chickens. A short walk will take you to the award winning Watership Down Inn & Bombay Sapphire distillery. The surrounding area boasts beautiful walks. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

A spacious cottage - two bedroom, three bathroom - converted from old stables - part of a 15th century traditional Hampshire farmstead in a tranquil edge-of-village setting in the iconic Bourne Valley. Two local pubs and village shop plus historic 12th century church within a 10 minute walk along flat footpaths. One guest described St Mary Bourne as a "Miss Marple village". Anyway it's perfect for a get-away-from-it-all weekend or midweek break.

Private Annexe in Overton, Hampshire

This accommodation is a self contained annex which is located in the rear garden of the main property. It includes a bedroom with two single beds, a living area with TV including Sky Q (sports, cinema and kids) and free WiFi access. The kitchen includes an electric oven with hob and fridge freezer. There will be a small selection of tea and coffee on arrival. There is no facility for washing clothes. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink and shower.

This adorable self contained barn sits in the most beautiful position moments from the rolling hills of the North Wessex downs. Its the perfect place to unwind, gawp at beautiful landscapes and try out some delicious local pubs. The self contained barn consists of a sitting room with huge glass doors allowing lots of light to pour in and a 60 inch plasma. Through sliding double doors you have a very comfortable en suite bedroom with a Super King bed.
