Welcome to our cozy house in the White Mountains, NH! Our 3-bed, 2-bath home is perfect for relaxing & outdoor activities - ski, bike, hike, golf, and leaf peeping. Located in downtown Bethlehem with shops & restaurants - 12 min to Cannon Mountain, 17 min to Bretton Woods, and 8 min to Littleton. Our home offers a fully equipped kitchen, open living area, comfortable bedrooms, and a family room in the basement. Outside you'll find a hot tub, fire pit, and trails. Your memorable adventure awaits!

This is our second home for the past 20 years, we are happy to share it with you! We are dog friendly, we consider your dogs people, therefore they count towards the 4 "person" guest total. We have no cleaning fee, as frequent guests elsewhere we think they are a scam on airbnb, therefore, we don't charge one. However, we expect you to clean our home well before check out including vacuuming so that when we do it again, if our next guests have allergies they are likely to do well ! thanks!

The rooms and outdoor spaces are extremely clean and clutter free. Just 1 1/2 miles from Bethlehem's center it feels miles away with meadows, mountains and an orchard for backdrops. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located upstairs apartment. Walk to many restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as St. Johnsbury Academy, The Fairbanks Museum and Planetarium and the Athenaem. This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road.

The home sits on an open knoll with beautiful views and surrounding pastures. Recently remodeled, it features a private indoor infrared Sauna. Cell phone service is limited but WiFi is available. Located minutes from the Wright’s Mountain / Devil’s Den Town Forest hiking trail, named a National Scenic Trail in 2018. This is a non-smoking property.
