There are 2 full bathrooms, a dedicated workspace for those WFH days, a washer and dryer and free driveway parking for your convenience. This home is only 15 mins to the Strip and 10 mins to the Airport. This place has it all.

Cuca’s place - The House. Comfortably hosts up to 6 guests with three bedrooms two full bathrooms. The master bedroom and bedroom 2 have king size bed sets and bedroom 3 has a queen bed set. Two living room spaces a fully equipped kitchen laundry area and backyard patio space. “The house” includes two assigned parking spots on the driveway of the property. The driveway is shared with each unit including its own assigned parking spot please park appropriately as to avoid any inconvenience.
