Eagle River is a charming waterfront home located between Cooperstown & Oneonta. The water views are incredible! Enjoy free use of kayaks and stand up paddle boards at the kayak shop next door. The home has been recently updated with a new kitchen, bathroom, sunroom, deck, mattresses and linens. It has an open floor plan with 3 smart T.V.s & comfy leather couch.
