This waterfront cottage has beautiful views of the Wisconsin River. My husband and I have lived here for more than 20 years. We love this area - there is nothing like a cool, crisp Midwest morning overlooking the Wisconsin River. Or enjoying a great glass of wine (or Wisconsin beer) while watching a spectacular summer sunset from the deck. Our 9 acre property offers a beautiful trail that leads to gorgeous sunset views, through the forest. A true nature-lover's paradise!

Get a bird's eye view into the kitchen of the Village Hive Bakery Kitchen while staying in the newly renovated "flatlet". Salvaged & repurposed building supplies used to create a unique studio apartment above the bakery retail. Guests can enjoy the retail farmhouse table and comfortable seating space by the Main Street picture window. Cooking/baking classes available.

Inside, the bones of the barn are present. From beams and rafters on the main level to the tall, gable barn ceiling. Just imagine all the different ways the barn had been used over time.

The "loft" upstairs has 2 bedrooms, 1 with 2 twin beds , & the other space with a queen size bed and a reading area that opens up to your own private balcony.

Our quaint log cabin overlooks a small pond and is situated on 40 acres of woodland; the only other development on the property is a charming farmhouse down the lane (our home). Cozy up with a good book next to the wood-burning stove. Watch the local wildlife from a rocking chair on the covered porch. Gaze at the stars on a clear night. Visit nearby trout streams, antique stores, and local sights, then come back to this simple, well-appointed respite in the woods.

Morris Lake Summer Cottage

Fully renovated, sun-filled, open concept, super clean cottage is located on the northern shore of beautiful Mount Morris chain of lakes. This 163 acre chain of 5 lakes affords endless opportunities to swim, kayak, paddle board or fish. Water skiing and tubing are allowed only on the largest of the lakes, but there are plenty of quiet, no wake hours for fishing or a relaxing boat ride. Included are 2 kayaks, paddle board, and a rowboat with a trolling motor. . .
