Inside, each tent features a memory foam queen bed, wood-burning stove, private pump sink, kitchenette, battery-powered lanterns, and charging stations. Outside, enjoy your own fire pit, two Adirondack chairs, and a large cooler—everything you need to relax, recharge, and feel right at home in nature. It’s the simplicity of camping, elevated with the comfort and style of a boutique retreat.

Reconnect with nature and escape the heat on our 28 acre filbert orchard, better known as hazelnuts. On hot summer days you’ll find the temperature under the orchard canopy almost 10 degrees cooler at the heat of the day. Located about an hour from Portland at Mount Hood’s base, Zigzag Mountain Farm offers 50 acres of meadows and forest, bordering a national forest. Camp in your own tent, van, or camper; stay in one of eight yurts, a rent-a-tent, the original two-bedroom homestead cabin, or our tiny house. The creek flows year round, just feet from the spacious 16 x 21 feet Davis canvas safari tent.
