This 1 bedroom, 1 bath casita has 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofa-bed, 1 twin rollaway bed, RV/boat parking with hook-ups, outdoor seating, jacuzzi, fire pit & much more.

Patio fire pit for guests. Convenient parking outside room. Apartment is separated from the main house by a courtyard. * No pets/animals. Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

Enjoy Netflix on 80in TV or lounge in the volleyball pool(3.5 sides/5ft middle). BBQ and dine under covered patio. Friendly neighborhood. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Parking in driveway and street (no garage access) side parking for razors. no pets, NO SMOKING! ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS!!

The house has everything you could need for a weekend at the river. Enjoy morning coffee(provided). while seated under the large patio cover with fans BBQ, table (see pics). It will feel more like a home than an Airbnb. Near the water &, close to 3 launch ramps, and off-roading trails. Large driveway for an RV or boat. The house stays extra cool with A/C, solar screens, & blackout blinds. Your pet will ❤️ the doggy door. There is no garage access or parking in the backyard.
