Hello and thank you for your interest in our present day inspired beach home. A brand new luxe beach house with a wonderful panoramic view of Carolina Beach. Public beach access is only a few steps away and plenty of local attractions in the vicinity. The home has a splendid large rooftop deck and private backyard for outdoor activities. We are near downtown so there may be street noise at certain times; holidays, special events, and rush hour. We live next door and available if needed. Please review house rules.
