Legoland and Windsor are only a 30 minute drive away. Also available (on request) is a third cosy separate twin bedroom occupying a converted building in the garden providing two single beds and WC. With the log burner, comfortable beds and off-road parking this is the perfect getaway! Dogs welcome (£30 fee payable).

Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

Our modern Annexe is located at the rear of our home, it has its own private access and gated parking to the front. Just on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Hartley Wintney & a 10 minute walk to the centre, there is a Tesco Express, restaurants, takeaways, cafes and 2 local pubs, one situated on the edge of the Cricket Green. Easy access to the M3 & M4 motorway and close to Fleet, Farnborough and Hook. With the village and local walks on your doorstep this is the perfect getaway!

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.
