Competing for attention is the massive stone fireplace with its chimney breast towering up to the pitched ceiling of the sleeping gallery above, reached via a solid elm staircase landing in front of a magnificent stone arched window giving glorious views down to the fish pond and across the picturesque valley.

Valley View is set on a 54 acre Cotswold small holding, home to many animals including a homebred pony called Mio, and a small flock of Herwick sheep. It’s a fantastic location to soak up some of the finest Cotswolds scenery. Towns nearby include the northern Cotswold star trio, Moreton in Marsh, Bourton on the Water, Stow on the Wold. The Mirror Houses - Cubley

Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.

The Assembly Hall

Located in central Moreton In Marsh. One bedroom, one bathroom apartment - former primary school hall. Beautifully renovated and designed by Cotswold Grey. Also consists of a lounge area with a 60"+ smart TV and dining area. Small kitchenette with kettle, toaster, air fryer, fridge. Has an option of adding another bedroom, The Caretakers Room.
