Stone School Cottage

Romantic getaway or family vacation. Charming stone building served as a one-room schoolhouse from 1832 until 1950. Beautifully situated amidst horse farms on the scenic road to Mt Greylock, centrally located midway between Williamstown and Lenox. We host lots of writers and musicians who love the bright airy space, families that have fun in this big playhouse, and couples seeking a memorable and private retreat. PLEASE NOTE: this truly-unique building has an unusual layout, described below.

Cozy Hilltown Cottage

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this cozy, creative space. Set on 10 acres of gardens and woods, this cottage is perfectly located to explore Western Massachusetts - with places like MASS MoCA, Shelburne Falls, Tanglewood and Northampton all within a 30min to 1 hour drive. Upstairs is a queen bed and full bath, while downstairs features a functional kitchen, work desk, grand windows, and a living space with full sleeper sofa. We live in the main house on property but respect your privacy-see photos!

Beautiful Timber Frame Retreat

This cabin retreat is situated on a natural clearing in the beautiful Green Mt. Forrest. Surrounded by a dense grove of spruce trees gives you complete privacy. It's only a quick 5 minute drive to great restaurants, breweries, and shops in downtown Wilmington. It's also less than 20 minutes to Mt. Snow. There's great hiking at Molly Stark State Park right across the street and amazing lakes all within a 10 minute drive! No WIFI and cell service is not great so it is a great place to unplug!

Come and enjoy our "happy place" year round! Our cozy, neat as a pin cottage is located in the beautiful Berkshires with gorgeous Ashmere lake views, spectacular flower beds and beach/lake access. Summer, fall, winter or spring, the cottage welcomes you, complete with a gift basket and fresh flowers. Enjoy the view of the lake off the spacious deck or play games in the grassy yard complete with fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Waterfront is only a minute or two walking distance away.

Suite 23 - Spacious Sunny 2-BR with Mountain view

Our happy place is a 5 minute walk to Berkshire East/Thunder Mountain . An 8 minute walk to the Deerfield River for guided fishing tours with Hilltown Anglers, kayaks, ,whitewater rafting. 10 minute walk to town and shuttle for tubing. A 5 minute drive to local wedding venues. We provide a full kitchen with all cooking essentials, a private picnic area with charcoal grill (charcoal provided). We reside at the single family home on property and we’re excited to share our Suite 23 !

We are located in a prime location, directly in between Stockbridge, Lenox and Lee and only 15 minutes to Great Barrington. Whether you are here to ski, hike, hear the great musicians at Tanglewood, take in a play at Shakespeare & Co, or just relaxing our wood-fired hot tub- we hope you enjoy your stay and will visit us again.

Twin Brooks is a magical retreat in the woods of the Northern Berkshires. 30-40 minutes drive Mass Moca, the Clark, Tanglewood, Berkshires East, and Jiminy Peak. Less than 10 minutes away from spectacular Nordic skiing and walking trails at the Notch. Close to countless other hiking trails and scenic lakes for swimming and kayaking. Relax with the sound of the bubbling brook in the distance and enjoy an evening at the fire pit. Scenic Fall season gives way to a winter wonderland.

Your own private and romantic getaway behind a small orchard. A sweet running brook and outdoor shower! A short drive to all Berkshire cultural events -- Tanglewood, Jacob's Pillow, theatre festivals and more. Great dining nearby. Perfect for 2! Under COVID-19 regulations in Massachusetts, I am required to allow at least 24 hours between guests. It's a drag, but it is intended to keep us all healthy! Please forgive any inconveniences this might create in your trip plans.

Relax in our bright, very spacious, and quiet loft, on six open acres. Lounge on the stone terrace, under the stars, by a cozy fire, near the garden. 35 min to Northampton, 35 min to MassMoca, 10 min to Berk. East. Pellet stove, Fiber Optic Wi-Fi, streaming options, and cell coverage. Fully outfitted kitchen with home made granola, and assorted beverages. Two hybrid bikes available for use. There are 3, 5-ft long skylights, and a cathedral ceiling= much natural light!

Wildlife Lakeside Cottage; views/wildlife

Fully furnished and remodeled with new upgrades in Spring 2025 including a cathedral master bedroom suite with a full bath. Our private cottage is set on a peninsula at a cove where a trout stream enters the lake. Incredible amount of wildlife, especially all types of birds. The home has sunny views everywhere. Seasonal weeds do grow in the adjacent lake which can impact water activities, especially in the summer months. Sleeps 6. Ther are two full and one 1/2 baths.

Quaint Suite in Center of Adams

Pet Friendly mother-in law suite within a beautiful Victorian home in the center of Adams. The quaint town sits at the base of Mount Greylock with hiking and bike trails within minutes of your accommodations. Restaurants, grocery store and a 9 hole golf course are in walking distance. MASS MOCA is just a short 6 mile drive. Tanglewood music center is a 35 minute drive. Beautiful deck with gas firepit and grill. We would love you to be our guest.

Peaceful Cabin in the Woods

Escape the noise and come relax in the middle of the beautiful Berkshire Hills. This classic log cabin has been recently renovated so that you can unwind and connect to the picturesque landscape that envelopes this property. You can drive 30 minutes west to North Adams and visit Mass Moca or 30 minutes east to Northampton, Amherst & Hadley. (Please note, 1/2 of the bedrooms is an open loft).
