We are on a private road at it's end with only one neighbor next door and a private beach. Enjoy the solitude and sea view. Not suitable for children under 5. No large parties

Located in the quaint village of Cataumet in Bourne. We are less than a mile from the ocean, close to beaches, walking paths, conservation lands and the shining sea bike path. There are also plenty of places to launch a kayak or paddle board too!

Enjoy a beautiful scenic 8.5 mile ride winding your way thru the Sippewisset marsh and along the coastline to the seaside village of Woods Hole. Where you can enjoy the local restaurants ,shops and science learning or jump on the ferry to Marta’s Vineyard.
