Fishing equipment is available at the house and a bait shop is only a couple miles away.The perennial garden adjacent to 4 season porch will add to the ambiance during the growing season.

Firepit and grill to use for cooking also. A place like no other!

Old Hauenstein Brewery - Ground Level 1

Stay in a real brewery built in 1891 where they brewed the Hauenstein beer until 1969. Remodeled in the rustic industrial style of the era, rent the lower level with 2 romantic rooms, a parlor, coffee bar and one bathroom. No kitchen. The private upper garden has a fire pit, cellar and dining area surrounded by forest and fire-flies. The building is surrounded by an underground creek, so it stays cool naturally (no AC needed). It’s a 7 min walk to Schell’s brewery & 4 min drive downtown.
