Welcome to Damariscotta, Maine! Our carriage house apartment has the rustic, romantic feel of a classic Maine cabin, but is located a short walk from downtown Damariscotta. Guests have a private studio that includes sleeping accommodations, a bathroom, a small kitchen area, and closet space. This is the perfect spot for adventurous travelers who want to explore the Midcoast of Maine like a local or for creative folks to unplug and focus on their craft.

In the summer we have bicycles to use on the rail trail and kayaks for the Kennebec River. Year round hot tub. Downtown is just a block away where there are numerous restaurants and pubs with live music. Hiking trails & waterfalls nearby.

Perched on the hillside with elevated panoramic views of the river and Wiscasset Harbor. Tucked away guest studio attached to main home that you will have all to yourself with basic amenities and a sky lighted bathroom. A few minutes to Ocean Point and hiking trails and less than 10 minutes to Boothbay Harbor. **Please note there are stairs that need to be climbed on the front deck in order to access the property. Use the directions provided as your GPS sometimes puts you in a circle around Boothbay!
