Wygodny i komfortowo wyposażony: salon (2), sypialnia (2), antresola 18 m2 (z materacem dla 2 os.), kuchnia, łazienka. Duży taras z zadaszeniem. Meble ogrodowe, tv, wi-fi, parking. Na terenie obiektu tylko dwa domki. Wspólny teren rekreacyjny: plac zabaw, hamaki, piaskownica (trampolina usunięta). Wokół zieleń, cisza i spokój.

Hausboot in Loddin auf der Insel Usedom

Das AquariHus ist ein fest vertäutes Hausboot im Naturhafen am Loddiner Höft, die wohl schönste Landschaft auf der Insel Usedom. Im ruhigen Achterland und doch nur 3km entfernt vom trubligen Leben der Ostsee Strandpromenade. Im Sommerhalbjahr liegt das AquariHus in der Melle, einem malerischer Arm des Achterwassers, im Winterhalbjahr im Hafen Loddin. Im Rahmen der Vermietung ist nicht vorgesehen, dass das AquariHus den Liegeplatz verlässt. Vor Ort ist eine Kaution von 500 € zu hinterlegen.

Das paradiesische Hausboot La Péniche ist an dem Steg des Naturhafens Rieth am ganz äußeren Liegeplatz festgemacht. Wir haben das Boot so konstruiert, dass Sie aus allen großen Fenstern und Terrassen einen unglaublichen Blick auf die See haben und märchenhafte Sonnenuntergänge am Haff erleben. Das Design der Einrichtung werden Sie lieben. Nach einem Gang in Ihre Bootssauna, der Abkühlung im Haff und bei einem Glas Wein auf dem Sonnendeck werden Sie das Boot nicht mehr verlassen wollen.
