It is situated on a small farm with cattle and sheep. Guests enjoy sightings of kangaroos, wombats, echidnas, kookaburras & native birds. Local activities include trout fishing, hiking, kayaking, mushrooming, truffle hunts, Waldara weddings, sightseeing in the Blue Mountains, Jenolan Caves, Kanangra Walls and Mayfield Garden. It is only a short ten minute drive to Bowral or Mittagong. Wake up to the sounds of nature and enjoy the lush gardens that provides a quiet sanctuary in an incredibly tranquil location. Sedalia Farm has 3 Alpacas, 1 horse, 1 miniature donkey and 2 Huskies who all live on the property!

Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced.
