The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

The “Kaneville Lodge” is close to Oil City,Titusville and Franklin. It is near both Oil Creek State Park and Two Mile Run County Park. Hunting, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, biking, hiking opportunities etc... abound in our area.The kitchen is complete with dishes, pots and pans, full sized appliances and many extras so your short or long term stay will be very comfortable.Your well behaved dog(s) is welcome too (fee). Enjoy nature, the woods and maybe even some wildlife while you are visiting.

You’ll love my place because of 3+ acres to enjoy with walking trails, an outdoor fire pit in a quite, country setting with air conditioning in the living room. There are 2 golf courses, 2 microbreweries, 1 winery and so much more within a 10 minute drive! We have 2 cottages on our property, this listing is the 2 bedroom cottage

Erie Intn'l Airport is slightly less than 1 hr away, and Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo airports are within 2 hrs. This private upstairs one bedroom apartment with queen size bed in an older building is 600 square feet of living space. The futon in the living room makes up into a full size bed. It is in a quite north end of Meadville neighborhood has a separate entrance and separate one car garage parking space. My house is off of Interstate Hwy 79 between Interstates 90 and 80, 40 minutes south of Erie, PA and 90 minutes north of Pittsburgh. It is 4 blocks downhill from Allegheny College.
