You’ll love my place because of 3+ acres to enjoy with walking trails, an outdoor fire pit in a quite, country setting with air conditioning in the living room. There are 2 golf courses, 2 microbreweries, 1 winery and so much more within a 10 minute drive! We have 2 cottages on our property, this listing is the 2 bedroom cottage

Our property affords off-street parking and a large back yard in a peaceful neighborhood. Erie Intn'l Airport is slightly less than 1 hr away, and Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo airports are within 2 hrs. Welcome to our fully furnished apartment, perfect for one or two guests. It features a quiet, clean, cozy space. We offer a comfy king size bed. The bathroom is handicapped equipped with grab bars and a spacious shower. Private guest entry has steps, but we have a ramp entry if mobility issues are a concern. Guests have use of designated parking and an outdoor patio area with a propane grill. Located in a quiet, country setting minutes from downtown Meadville and Allegheny College.

Come and relax in this comfortable cottage that sits on the bank of scenic French Creek. The cottage has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8 comfortably), living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (towels included), screened in front porch and a car port for your vehicle. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened in front porch. During the day you can fish, kayak/canoe, wade/swim or just sit and relax watching the water go by. Sit by a campfire in the evenings enjoying the fresh country air.

Our cabin is locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.
