Cottage is located centrally 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the airport and Sacramento State, 5 minutes to the Arden Fair mall. It is a larger cottage style suite with its own entrance. South Woodland 3 Bdrm Charmer, close to UCD

Three bedroom house that comfortably sleeps 6, could fit in 10. We are in south woodland, a quick 15 min drive to Davis, 15 min drive to Sacramento Airport and only 0.4 miles to Woodland Memorial Hospital. No carpet at the house, just a couple of removable rugs for those who may be concerned with dust We have a spacious yard with a pergola and a gas BBQ. Absolutely no parties or loud gatherings.
