Luxury 3 Bedroom Lodge

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This is a 3 bedroom lodge with decking. It has 2 bathrooms with direct access to south west coast path and short walk into Bude and it’s fantastic beachside facilities set on Bude holiday resort, you will find on-site heated outdoor pool and bar/restaurant, plus a children’s play park. There is no additional charge to use the on-site facilities. Please note that guests need to bring own bedlinen and towels.

The Regency Ilfracombe, whole building

The Regency is a Grade II listed mansion designed by W.C. Oliver and built by Shapland and Patter of Barnstaple in the 1880’s. It was originally meant to be for individual occupation by wealthy families however from 1907 to 1972 it was the Convent School of the Nuns of the Order of the Immaculate Conception who had come over from Brittany in 1903. In recent times The Regency was a residential care home and in 2019 it was fully renovated and now provides modern accommodation over four floors.

The property can sleep up to 24 people. There is a large picturesque garden with sunloungers and a BBQ, making it the perfect spot to enjoy al fresco dinners in the summer with friends and family. There are many nearby attractions and scenery to explore in this beautiful part of the world.

Mobility friendly villa with gorgeous sea views!

They are classed as mobility friendly with a separate entrance at the rear of the accommodation on a flat surface, and an allocated parking space next to the rear entrance. These villas also benefit from widened doorways for extra ease. As well as the access at the rear of the accommodation, these villas have an entrance at the front of the accommodation. They have a fully equipped kitchen, living space, and dining area. They also have fantastic sea views and come with a private veranda.

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! Courtlands Seaside Villa, 6 Bedroom, Ilfracombe

Enter this beautifully presented property via the porch where you have room to store hats and coats as well as welly boots. There are two cosy reception rooms to sit back and enjoy Sky TV. There is a beautiful kitchen with panoramic views of the sea. Enjoy a drink or two at the dedicated bar area. The elevated house overlooking Ilfracombe comes with 6 large bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a luxury master suite with a bath tub and WC. Dogs also welcome.
