The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. Our waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

You have the entire home, front yard, fenced back yard, fenced courtyard with big mature shading maple and cherry trees. We just added a new gas fire place for maximum comfort .

This idyllic 40 acre ridge-top ranch cottage offers you a peaceful getaway near Coeur d' Alene. Enjoy wildlife and livestock during your stay. We allow up to two dogs at a fee of $20 for each pet. You pay this fee directly to the owners, please pay on arrival. This cottage has been remodeled for our guest with new flooring throughout, new linens, new dishwasher, and new ranch décor. Large private suite close to downtown Coeur d'Alene. Light, spacious, quiet and very private and only a short scenic drive away from downtown. Our modern little ranch is located on 8 close in acres on a scenic well-maintained road where it is common to see elk, deer, turkey and even moose! It is an ideal location for a serene getaway or business travel but not suitable for parties. Very easy access to lake Coeur d'Alene and downtown area.
