The Bramble Room A chic suite nestled in the peaceful Norfolk village of Barnham Broom. The stylish kingsize suite has a compact deluxe en suite shower room, a mini kitchen (kettle, fridge) & an honesty bar. 30 mins from Norwich & 45 mins from the beautiful Norfolk coast, walks and cycle routes are on the doorstep (bikes can be borrowed). The rooms showcase everything that local producers have to offer. Make the most of the peaceful surroundings on the small patio outside the Bramble Room.

The Shepherd's hut comprises of a double bed, seating area, kitchenette and self-contained shower room. You will be provided with a continental breakfast including croissants, juices and home made jams, coffee, teas, sugar & milk A private hot tub is available for an additional charge, along with use of a BBQ, local produce for a full English, fizz on ice etc

Willow Barn

Beautifully renovated Barn nestled in the heart of Norfolk. The Barn is completely separate from the main house and has its own private secluded garden with hot tub. If you are looking for luxury, peace and quiet , comfortable surroundings and a lovely space to chill and relax then Willow Barn should be your first choice. You won't forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. The barn has only one bedroom but we can accommodate one baby or toddler who is able to sleep in a travel cot

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Self contained annexe in Colton, Norfolk

The annexe is situated in the quiet and rural village of Colton, 8.6 miles from the centre of Norwich. A comfortable 1 bedroom annexe for your sole use. Facilities include a kitchen with lounge, TV and dining table. Access to wifi. Hypnos double bed and ensuite shower room. There is free on site parking for 1 car. The annexe is an ideal base for exploring the delights that Norfolk has to offer. A very quiet and peaceful location with the vibrant city of Norwich on the doorstep.

Enjoy the sounds of nature, the sheep in the fields, the valley views, and if you’re lucky, see the steam trains pass on the Mid Norfolk Heritage Railway. Sorry, the Tiny House is not suitable for pets or young children.

Sandringham is worth a visit also High Lodge in the Thetford Forest.
