Το σπίτι είναι 135τμ και αποτελείται από:4 υπνοδωμάτια,σαλόνι κουζίνα ενιαίος χώρος με τζάκι,2 μπάνια και 2 μπαλκόνια.Είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα σκεύη για να ετοιμάσετε ένα πλήρες γεύμα(κουζίνα -ψυγείο-βραστήρας-τοστιέρα).Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 8 άτομα.Σε δωμάτιο δίκλινο με μπάνιο και ψυγείο υπάρχει η δυνατότητα αυτονομίας από το υπόλοιπο σπίτι. Στο ισόγειο λειτουργεί η παραδοσιακή μας ταβέρνα «Παραλία”και σας περιμένει να δοκιμάσετε τα παραδοσιακά φαγητά της Λακωνικής γης.

It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. Ο ξενώνας βρίσκεται μέσα στην καρδιά του Ταϋγέτου. Η κατοικία είναι συνολικά 120τ.μ. διώροφη με δύο μεγάλα μπαλκόνια με θέα τον Ταΰγετο και το φαράγγι της Ρασίνας, όπως επίσης και μια μεγάλη εξωτερική αυλή. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει η κουζίνα, τον οντά και το καθιστικό με τζάκι. Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο δύο κλινών και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο τρίων κλινών με τζάκι. Ο κάθε όροφος διαθέτει δικό του μπάνιο. Σας παρέχονται όλες οι ανέσεις για να μαγειρέψετε ή να ψήσετε.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting.
