The philosophy behind this project is to find yourself in a contemporary sanctuary, hidden from the world but close enough to all the beaches in the area, sit in the hot midday sun on the terrace in its quietness or maybe during the sunset, enjoying a glass of wine and a nice book.

Boutique Apartment „Belina“

Willkommen bei uns auf Kreta, im malerischen venezianischen Dorf Kefalas, 282 m über dem Meeresspiegel. Kefalas gehört zur Region Apokoronas, einem Hochplateau zwischen den schönen Städten Chania und Rhetimnon, den beiden Hauptstädten der gleichnamigen Bezirke. Die Wohnung „Belina“ ist 2023 fertig gestellt worden und erweitert das Ensemble von drei vorhanden Wohnungen, die an einen geräumigen Innenhof mit Pool und verschiedenen Sitz - und Liegemöglichkeiten grenzen, inkl. neuer Dachterrasse.

Asteri cottage is an open plan, bijou and beautifully designed one bedroom cottage. Perfect for couples and honeymooners. The boutique style interior opens up to large terraces for dining and relaxation. The ensuite shower room leads out from the calming bedroom to the private plunge pool, which is 2m by 4m in size. The pool can be heated with prior request. The cottage nestles between mature olive trees in an acre of beautiful Cretan countryside and is secluded from the main house.

Domicilechania - Venetian Residence

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.
