Or, just relax and enjoy the view from the patio and fenced yard, with a hot tub, cedar barrel sauna, BBQ, bocce ball court, and gas fire pit table, just for you! You may be serenaded occasionally during the hours of 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays by quiet violin and piano lessons and hear our young family during the day

Our private 1 bed, 1 bath, kitchenette studio is two blocks from the hospital and in one of the quietest neighborhoods in the city. It is only a short drive from the park, pool and plenty of food options. Come stay in a *very* clean, modern and private apartment. Queen bed, couch, coffee pot, toaster oven, microwave and even a stove-top cooking option. WiFi of course, but no Cable. Cozy & comfortable! Extra sleeping mats available if needed for children.

This listing is for DAYLIGHT BASEMENT of the home which has a private entry and parking for 2 cars. Laundry, a full kitchen with a gas cooktop(no stove). There is a patio with a BBQ. We live as a family on the upper level of the home so there may be noise. We do have a Goldendoodle Otis which you may see outside.

Our home is on the property.
