Gypsum is 4 miles from the Eagle Airport,24 miles east of Glenwood Springs and located between Vail and Aspen. This area offers skiing,flyfishing, rafting, hiking, biking, horse riding and many other activities.

Private trails for hiking, biking, xc ski and snowshoe. 4WD or AWD preferred travel in winter. The heat is furnished by a wood stove. Solar powered lights. The composting bathroom is 20 feet away and the shower house a short walk. Water is supplied. Blackstone grill and French press provided.

Kremmling's "Base Camp Cabin" Apartment

Set in a quiet location in Kremmling close to town amenities you may forget you are in town. This 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath apartment has a washer/dryer, television with satellite package, DVD and VHS player, full kitchen/dining/living area and makes a great "base camp" for all the adventures Grand, Summit and Routt counties provide. The bedrooms each have a queen bed and the living area has two foldout queen couches. No smoking and no pets. There is a large area for parking, ideal for trailers.

Josh and I have a modern and clean down stairs lock off only 3 blocks from downtown. The space is all yours with a private entrance with parking. We are in the center of Colorado's mountain biking community with a 100 miles of single track. Also just down the interstate from Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. The views alone are worth the visit! Reminder: This is the mountains. The entrance is well lit and shoveled but plan on dirt and snow. It comes with the territory! Lic. #006688

Cabin on Sweetwater Creek

This is a simple cabin-home is located 7 miles up from the Colorado river on Sweetwater Creek. Three more miles up the road is Sweetwater Lake and the jump off area for the White River National Forest and the Flat Tops Wilderness area. Glenwood Springs is 32 miles down creek/river. Great access to hiking, floating, biking (Glenwood Canyon) and hunting, or best yet relaxing next to a beautiful creek. Brink's Outfitters at Sweetwater Lake has horses and guides for riding.
