Our 3-room guest suite is perfectly located in the city's newest dark-sky neighborhood, placing you on historic Route 66 and just minutes from downtown along the railroad tracks. Explore both our urban trail and local favorites (digital guidebook provided). You will share our driveway, but we're happy to be as close or as far away as you like during your stay. Netflix, fast internet, pet friendly, breakfast items, laundry upon request.

In walking distance to Crescent Moon Park & Cathedral Rock, creek, The Ridge, Secret Slick Rock, Scorpion Trail, a few min. drive to Red Rock St. Park. Plus private garden with fish pond, hammock & outside dining areas. Although small, it has everything you need for a great stay! Due to the coronavirus, we disinfect surfaces between reservations.

Your private guest wing of our home faces due east, with windows onto magnificent sunrise and sunset views toward the Sedona red rocks. This hilltop oasis is watered by a small spring-fed creek, and features a peaceful koi pond. Enjoy the stars from the hot tub! Breakfast bar includes a sink, electric skillet, mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea. Grab a meal in town and a bottle of wine from a local tasting room, and dine with your own private world-class patio view.

Desert Tree View Studio

This newly renovated (2025) modern desert studio offers the perfect blend of privacy and comfort. While attached to the main house via double exterior soundproof doors, it has its own separate entrance, ensuring complete privacy and a peaceful retreat. Inside, you’ll find a luxurious CA king-size bed, creating the ideal space for rest and relaxation. Large windows frame breathtaking views of the surrounding desert, filling the studio with natural light and offering a serene, calming atmosphere.

Conveniently located one block from the courthouse, this house is nestled in a quiet community just off Whiskey Row (Montezuma). There is a lot of privacy and isolation for your full relaxation. This room is a blocked off from the rest of the home and is independent of itself. You have your own private entrance and keyed entry. This space is simply an oasis! There is direct access to the outdoor seating area, where you can enjoy the salt water jacuzzi hot tub, the glass firepit, and BBQ grill.

Sunrise Suite

The Sunrise Suite is located 3 mi from downtown Prescott & the famous Whiskey Row. Close to shopping, dining, hiking trails and lakes. Enjoy the peace & quiet from a private deck while enjoying beautiful sunrises from our unique Airbnb. This private suite, sleeps 2 comfortably, includes, BBQ, kitchenette, dining table/work space & relaxing area to read a book. Add'l indoor space to lock your bikes or kayaks. This “Cliff View Casita” is the kind of place where Zane Gray would have written one of his books in the unique Southwest. We have glorious cliff views with sunsets and sunrises, which will take your breath away. It is where Vincent Van Gogh may have chosen to paint the starry night and the wheat field in seven different shades if he had lived in America. There is something "wild" about this place - such beauty and serenity here! (There's another unit upstairs just like a hotel)

Our home is centrally located on 1.5 acres. You will be a 5 to 15 minute drive from all the fun activities you may want to enjoy, including downtown fun, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, etc. and very close to the local airport and ERAU. You'll have your own entrance to your living space where you can sit and read by the open window or sip your favorite beverage on the quaint patio and listen to the variety of birds and other wildlife that frequent our quiet neighborhood.
