Casa Fresca

Welcome to Casa Fresca, a traditional open style palapa house in a garden setting with modern conveniences and beautiful views of the bay. The house was completely remodeled in 2020 including all new housewares and furnishings with new upgrades added since. There are 2 queen beds with mosquito nets and fans to keep 1-4 guests sleeping comfortably. There's a full kitchen for cooking, and the house is just a few minutes walk to stores and restaurants. A locking bodega is also provided for guests.

This beautiful apartment is centrally locatedin downtown. You can enjoy the best views of town and overlooking the water in Yelapa with air conditioned. The location is close to the restaurants, grocery stores, 7 minutes from the waterfall, beach inmediately below. The main space of the open floor plan over looks the bay of Yelapa, where you can relax in the hammocke and enjoy the breeze of the ocean. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, gas range, microwave, coffee maker and cookware.

Most famous for its waterfalls and beach the cobblestone paths, jungle fauna, and quaint restaurants and stores further add to Yelapa's charm. High season: Nov - April when weather is perfect. Border months: Oct and May. Low season: June - Sept when the rains come and it's tropical again.

Casa Lolita se encuentra ubicada en un predio que se comparte entre dos cabañas (casa Kimi y Casa Lolita) con una capacidad para 2 personas cada una. El lugar ideal para quienes disfrutan del contacto con la naturaleza y apreciar de la flora y la fauna silvestre (iguanas, aves , Chachalacas) además de que se encuentra rodeado de las montañas. Despertar y dar una caminata mañanera por la playa la cual se encuentra a escasos 40 metros o decidir disfrutar el desayuno al aire libre.

Casa Luna, our romantic getaway, has a hanging queen-size bed upstairs with a spectacular view of the ocean. There is also a sitting area and a hammock built for two. Downstairs, there is a stationary queen-size bed and a twin bed/couch. Luna has a fully equipped kitchen with a view that looks out to the ocean. The stove is a four burner, sorry no oven.
