Little Gem by the Sea

Located in the heart of Kos, this little gem is a place of peace in the most beautiful island of Greece. It is less than a minute walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants, bars and more. It is a brand new self contained house with two bedrooms, built in wardrobes, a sofa bed, a modern fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, private backyard, Wifi and television. This house is perfect for anyone travelling to Kos with a perfect position. 2 minute walk to the Port for the ferry to Bodrum.

Traditional village house with sea view

The house is located in Asfendiou, a picturesque and quiet village near Zia. It was built in 1923 and has been renovated in a way to combine both traditional and modern style. The terrace overlooks the Aegean Sea and gives a great sunset view. Around 25 min. away from Kos town and 20 min. away from the airport. You can reach the beach only by car in 10-15 min. In any case, renting a vehicle of your choice is highly recommended to make the best of your stay in Kos.
