La Bodega (the cellar) de Casa del río is an independent one-bedroom apartment with private bathroom, kitchen and living room, built on a ground floor. The kitchen is equipped to cook your own simple meals (but not oven/microwave). The apartment is basic and minimalist, but it’s also very comfortable and has everything you need for a enjoyable and simple stay. The apartment has views to the valley, a private terrace with amazing views and an independent entrance. You can also use the common areas and the big garden. Please be aware that the apartments do not have washing machine, TV or microwave/oven. If you can’t live without those, this may not be the perfect place for your stay. Phone signal and wifi work perfectly and are quite reliable. Casa del río is the perfect way to scape the noise and experience first-hand living a simple and sustainable life in an Asturias village off the beaten track. The property is ideal for people who want to be away from the noise and crowds, as it is quite isolated and the village of Xio has no services at all. Closest services are a bar/restaurant/swimming pool 10min by car, and shops, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, petrol station, etc…20min by car.

Located in the town of Ortigueira, this apartment overlooks its estuary, close to beaches and exotic coves, within walking distance of a seaside promenade (restaurants, shops, bars), its town center, and its marina. A very bright apartment with spectacular views of the Ortigueira Estuary, its wide estuary, and the natural beauty of its changing seas. Carefully decorated with a sensitive personal style born of distant and exotic experiences, it offers its residents all the necessary comforts for a vacation experience after days of discovery, leisure, and a peaceful life, in one of the most scenic areas of the wild coast of the Rías Altas in northern Galicia. Pets are not allowed. This room requires a € 200.00 security deposit (your bank or credit card may charge a small fee for using the hold.).
